With AI helping manage things like optimization in the future, your digital campaigns can improve according to the data. At any time day or night. Improving marketing is always a good thing in our book!

    Reaching the right audience goes beyond just being on the right platform. Now, it’s making sure every touchpoint, online and off reflects your brand. Omnichannel marketing is all about offering a holistic approach to customer service. This comes down to understanding the buyer journey and creating easy access to you and your services or products.

    Voice Search 
    Using voice to search is nothing new but it continues to grow in relevancy. The younger generations have grown up used to finding what they need using voice. Many factors go into optimizing your content for voice search. A few ways to help your content is by making sure your website loads fast, is secure, is concise, and is shared on social.     The more personalized your message, the more people will respond. Find ways to add specific names and provide content that people are after. This will increase the likelihood that your message will connect.

    This is especially important for small businesses. You don’t need someone with a million followers, you just need the right voice for your products. A local person who shares the same values as your target customer can have a lot more influence than a celebrity with a very different way of life.

    Video continues its rise as the most impactful marketing tool. According to Marketing Insider Group, “Research has found that 84% of consumers have been convinced to buy a product after watching a video.”
